Workforce Housing at Marlowe Brookwood
At Marlowe Brookwood, we are proud to offer a selection of residences designated for Mixed-Income Housing as part of our Workforce Housing Program. In addition to our market-rate apartment homes, a limited number of apartments are reserved for qualified applicants whose annual income does not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Income Verification Requirements
Applicants must provide:
- Six (6) months of consecutive current bank statements
- Six (6) months of consecutive pay stubs
- Additional documentation as required based on individual income sources and assets
Income eligibility is determined in accordance with HUD guidelines. Final income limit determinations are the sole responsibility of HUD.
